Pre Activation
Overseecoordination of testing sessions – works with managers to request participants, secure room(s), secure devices if needed, etc.
Oversee identification & arrangements for training for Super Users (if not already in place)
Escalate items/tasks not meeting timeline to site leadership
Project plan review & update meetings. May include site leadership meetings, Clinical Managers/Directors, Super users, Steering Committee, etc.
Follows up on & relays responses…
Pre Activation

Participate in device walkthrough & planning for device placement
Partners with IS Project Manager to monitor progress and facilitates adherence to timelines and site implementation plans
Facilitate downtime planning discussions and documentation
Compiles reported information on completion rates for required training for site leadership
During Activation
Liaison between Command Center & site leadership
Round on units/to departments providing reinforcement & reassurance
Participate in daily debrief meetings
Follow up with individuals who submit requests or identify issues
Post Activation
Participates in collecting Lessons Learned post-activation
Follows up on operational issues list
Assist with transition to site steering committee
