You walk into.apple and you have a sense of calmness with tech, go into a Nike lab and you feel inspired by the highlhntechinical aspects of how the are pushing the boundaries in respective sports areas. Creating visual cues that allow the business to interact with the client to enrich them with more details about why they are different from other companies creates lasting memories even if they don't buy that time.
