    In response to erosion of market share on specific holidays, Sarah pioneered and implemented the Old Chicago Virtual Value - an email marketing incentive program designed to drive consumer activity during a specific time period by offering an unknown "gift" value revealed and only redeemable at an Old Chicago restaurant location during this time.

    While similar incentives have previously been utilized by retail locations (like Victoria's Secret), it was the first time an email incentive of its kind had been deployed in the casual dining segment. The result was same store sales increases of 33% during the promotional time period (as of 4/2012) with a significant spike in new trial (by "sharing" with friends) and adoption by multiple brands under the CraftWorks Inc. umbrella.
