What do you do if your energy levels are plummeting as an entrepreneur?
For successful entrepreneurs, the concept of low energy simply doesn’t exist. Their relentless drive is fueled by the passion for the venture they’re building, the excitement of gaining traction, closing deals, and the validation that their idea holds merit. But what about when energy wanes? The challenge then becomes finding the motivation to pivot and adapt until traction is regained—a process that itself can be invigorating. Of course, external factors like family and life circumstances can impact energy levels. However, over days, months, and years, it’s the sheer force of passion that sustains them, embodying the ethos of continually pushing forward, or in the words of Deion Sanders: "Just keep makin’ plays."

What do you do if your consulting rates are not attracting startup clients?
Early in our Startup days, when our rates had failed to attract clients, we had to pivot our focus towards customer acquisition and market penetration. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, we dove deep into understanding the unique needs and budgets of each potential client. By tailoring our services and pricing to fit their specific requirements, even if it means slim margins initially, we got the market penetration that we needed. This personalized strategy not only meets client expectations but also fosters lasting partnerships, driving sustainable growth for our venture.

Through my journey, I've learned that aligning with key partners, particularly those with a proven track record, offers invaluable technical support. Take, for instance, our collaboration with a prominent telehealth platform, providing us with uninterrupted 24/7 technical assistance. This partnership has been instrumental in bolstering our operational efficiency and ensuring seamless service delivery.
