How can wireframing help you create a more efficient design with AI and automation?
Wires are the fastest way to meaningful conversations that enable alignment and understanding around requirements. They are the most effective way to turn designer assumptions into answers by placing those assumptions into context. That context forces evaluation under the tension of other surrounding assumptions and exposes gaps and failure points.

How do you engage users and stakeholders with storytelling?
Effective storytelling pivots on understanding the audience. Adjusting narratives based on listeners' politics, relationships, and time constraints is key. When addressing leadership, it's about aligning the story with their values and mission. Audiences often have diverse priorities, so maintaining the story's essence while navigating these differences is crucial. The setting, be it casual or formal, influences the narrative's tone and pacing. The best storytellers can read the room, adapting to subtle cues. In essence, storytelling is about perception and adaptability. Respecting one's audience ensures the story resonates deeply and memorably.

What are your strategies for managing negative user feedback?
The greatest advocates often come from your strongest and most outspoken critiques. They are used to be shutdown or dismissed and they will be stunned when you take an active genuine interest in understanding what they have to say and what their concerns are. Most often, they have a ton of value to offer, even if sometimes it needs to be unpacked a bit. Focus solely on understanding their perspective and letting them explain. Listen. Really listen. Repeat back and ask questions and ask for clarifications. Prove to them you value what they have to say by sharing their input with the team in a way that will ensure the content is preserved and the messenger and presentation is not used as a justification to dismiss it.
