“I had the pleasure of working as a developer on Ryan Brooks’s team at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where he served as the lead software developer. Ryan’s brilliance shone through in every aspect of our project. He was not just the architect of our application but also took the lead in specifying the necessary equipment, steering the team towards our goals, and diving into hands-on coding when needed. His technical acumen is truly remarkable, and it’s complemented by his outstanding communication skills and his innate ability to lead teams with effectiveness and ease. Ryan’s friendly, energetic approach inspires others to excellence and contributes to what makes him an exceptional asset to any team. I wholeheartedly endorse him and confidently recommend him for any endeavor he chooses to pursue.”

How can you benefit from being a team player in Web Applications?
As a technology leader, I look for polyglot developers, since exposure to multiple programming languages can help demonstrate flexibility of thinking (especially if the languages are *very* different, like C# vs Clojure). Most developers are already polyglots, though, having been forced to learn their main language and SQL, so what really stands out to me are developers who are Poly-Paradigm. Dip your toes into a low-code platform and think about use cases where these technologies could blend into your regular high-code development efforts. There are lots of things you just shouldn't have to write yourself in high-code (internal config screens, etc) and a poly-paradigm developer can see those faster than most.
