Spending decades in tech has taught me to embrace the idea of lifelong learning. There's always a latest and greatest technology promising to revolutionize the way we work – think back to the advent of the internet; and now here we are with the emergence of gen AI.   HP's latest Work Relationship Index highlights how AI can enhance work-life balance and streamline tasks. However, there's a gap between understanding AI's potential and implementation. Nearly 2 in 5 individuals feel uncertain about AI, and 41% feel ill-equipped to leverage it fully.   Staying relevant in this industry means constantly embracing new technologies. As leaders, it’s our duty to not only embrace these advancements but also to ensure our teams have the right tools and training they need to best adopt and implement these new technologies in their roles.
