    The purpose of my Fellowship is to build on the insights I gained at TED, particularly from the TED Institute, which I created in 2013.     The purpose of my Fellowship is to build on the insights I gained at TED, particularly from the TED Institute, which I created in 2013. The TED Institute is a framework that helps companies uncover, ignite, celebrate and foster the diverse and innovative ideas of their own employees. I learned how an increased flow of diverse and innovative ideas – internally – supports practical and dynamic institutional success, and vitally impacts the ability of organizations to operate with socially responsible practices.

    My time at Bellagio will focus on researching platforms that unleash companies’ capacity to innovate and prosper, while thinking about the role of story and business value. It will also seek to reach emerging leaders and personnel, particularly Millenials. This platform will operates as a think tank and as a real world incubator to explore the function, potential, and responsibility of corporations in their role as public actors, and to support systems that succeed for organizations of 100, 1000 or 100,000.
