“Romil is an incredibly dynamic, inspirational and energetic CEO under whose leadership, people often give the best professional performances of their careers! I have worked closely with Romil for 5 years since I joined PRGX. Before PRGX, he was known to me as one of the founders of Infosys Consulting which grew to a $150 MM practice from a standing start in about 5 years. I already had a huge amount of admiration for him at that point, and was thankful for the opportunity to work with him. I think it would be fair to say that Romil helped save the company. At the time of his joining, PRGX was on a path of rapid decline in revenue and losing share to competition. Under his leadership, the management team re-built the sales-force, strengthened account management and made several investments that put the core recovery audit business on a growth path again. In addition, under his leadership, the management team built two new business lines in the fast growing business areas of healthcare payment integrity and data analytics. Finally, the team completed 4 successful tuck-in M&A transactions, and Romil left the company debt-free and very cash rich. These actions combined to provide an incredible rate of return to shareholders – PRGX more than tripled its share price from when Romil joined PRGX to when he left. It would be fair to say that this stock price performance had a very direct correlation with Romil’s guidance and leadership.”
