“I had the opportunity to work with Roma at both Kaiser Permanente and The Clorox Company. She is an incredible communications leader who has innovative ways of thinking and a tenacity that is unmatched. She can take any amount of complexity or ambiguity and turn it into a clear, actionable plan that resonates and motivates her team and the broader organization. She is a truly gifted communication strategist.”
