“An inspiration, a mentor, and a dear friend. Robin’s leadership and gravitas have shaped what Workit Health is today, and I have never seen someone work harder for the mission we share. Robin’s energy brings out the best in those around her, and her impeccable business sense have helped steer Workit Health to become a powerhouse in the addiction space. I credit so much of my progress and growth as a leader to her advice and direction. Without a moment's hesitation, I would join Robin in any undertaking!”

The New Lunchroom exhibition showed at Mission High School in San Francisco during the summer of 2013. The purpose of the exhibit was to display dense and complicated research conducted by an IDEO team of business designers. Needless to say, the amount of information was immense, and we were asked to collaborate with the business designers to concept, design, and produce the exhibit. Using hand drawn type, rough illustrations, and beautiful photographic portraiture, we designed and constructed an immersive experience that felt both inclusive and exciting. -

Taking such steps have earned employers including cloud security company Lacework and software firm Databricks spots on Forbes’ fourth annual list of America’s Best Startup Employers. In partnership with market research company Statista, the list was compiled by evaluating 2,500 U.S. businesses with at least 50 employees on three criteria: employer reputation, employee satisfaction and growth. Statista considered any company founded between 2012 and 2019 that has at least 50 employees to be a startup. The final list ranks 500 employers. -
