LEADEROSITY.com is an innovative online leadership development experience for the civic-minded, the socially aware, the collaboration conscious - any who seek to create meaningful, lasting impact by sharpening their leadership skills and expanding their networking strategies.

The Presidio Institute has partnered with American Express, the Kresge Foundation, and the Annie E. Casey Foundation to create LEADEROSITY, a new online leadership development learning platform for social impact leaders.

Peer to peer, real-time interaction allows participants to challenge themselves – and their online colleagues – to become more adaptable and collaborative leaders. These interactions also provide an opportunity to build lasting, local, national and international relationships through an interconnected community of like-minded network builders.

With a focus on cross sector engagement, individuals at non-profits, foundations, academic institutions, government agencies, and private businesses partner to become more impactful 21st Century leaders.

The idea for this ‘first of its kind’ platform dates back to 2011 when representatives of American Express, the Annie E. Casey Foundation, the Independent Sector, Common Good Careers, the Aspen Institute, the Corporation for National and Community Service and Public Allies determined that something bold needed to take place to galvanize support for the social sector’s looming human talent development issue. To advance the work, like-minded institutions held the first-ever White House Forum on Nonprofit Leadership, which was hosted by the White House Office of Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships and the Office of Social Innovation and Civic Participation and held at the American Red Cross’ Headquarters in Washington, DC.

Current content partners include the Presidio Institute and Nonprofit Leadership Alliance. Our digital partner is NovoEd.
