Not to generalize, but like anything, recruiters can be an extremely mixed bag and it's far too common that they're only interested in candidates when it fits their personal agenda. Youth With A Mission

A group of 11 of us from Rivercliff Lutheran Church worked with the Youth With a Mission base in San Salvador, El Salvador. We worked primarily in the Barrio of San Salvador of 1,500 families. We built a house, prepared food, fed the homeless, conducted bible studies with adults and bible activities with the children. It was a very memorable week of service. Our Congregation raised enough money for a second house in the Barrio which the Mission built. A return trip is planned for June 2016

2nd Mission Trip to El Salvador with team of 12 from my Church, Rivercliff Lutheran Church. Built the 29th house in Gerardo Barrio in San Salvador with YWAM Mission. Other ministries included children programs, feeding children healthy lunches, adult study, home visitation in Barrio, visit to hospital and university, 250 meals to homeless. I have great compassion for the people of El Salvador and love working with the Missionaries of YWAM, some great, caring and giving people.
