As the Direct Hire Development Manager, I partnered with our client to staff a brand new technology facility outside of Charlotte. I worked alongside our local offices in that region to put a direct hire process in place, assisted in the recruiting of local, qualified and passive candidates and presented those chosen resources to our client on a weekly basis. As the Direct Hire Development Manager, I partnered with our client to staff a brand new technology facility outside of Charlotte. I worked alongside our local offices in that region to put a direct hire process in place, assisted in the recruiting of local, qualified and passive candidates and presented those chosen resources to our client on a weekly basis. Our placements consisted of Application Development and QA Managers, Scrum Masters, Developers (.Net, Java, Pega and C++), Technical Solutions Managers and QA's. We finished ahead of schedule, staffed more than half of the open roles and had 100% of our candidates accept when offered. We also ended up having a 2-1 interview to hire ratio.
