“In 2017, I was accepted into Radical Partners Social Entrepreneur Bootcamp and under the leadership of Rebecca my life and organization were changed forever. Rebecca asked us to make the impossible possible, and truly made us question who we were and why we were doing our work. Slowly I developed better techniques on pitching, vision setting, time management, fundraising, when to say yes, and the list goes on. Once I left the four-month training program Rebecca and team kept in touch, constantly lending support with more training and connecting me with the right people at the right time. During the bootcamp in 2017, with a team of eight, Young Musicians Unite serviced about 275 students across Miami-Dade. I’m now proud to say that we are currently the only in-school music education non-profit in Miami-Dade and will be supporting 1300 students across 17 schools with a team of 45. I’m very thankful for Rebecca’s leadership and continued support throughout the years. Her dynamic personality and leadership skills have taught me how to become a strong leader myself, growing and sustaining a bad ass team. Thank you for all you do and thank you for truly caring. ”
