The pace of major announcements from #salesforce is increasing! I’ve been waiting months to hear what Life Science Cloud will include! I’m particularly interested to see that Salesforce has introduced benefits verification. This is transformative not only for life sciences, but if available in health cloud generally, fills a missing gap for provider CRM as well. As a #Salesforce partner and #AI advisor, I found the insights from this research on the impact of #genai on workplace effectiveness to be excellent. It's crucial to leverage trusted data to create AI value-added productivity. At RecoverRite, we built #heartpatientAI on vetted, domain-specific cardiovascular data from the American College of Cardiology. Our customers (cardiologists) and their patients love it! According to the study, 56% of AI users say it's challenging to get what they want out of AI, and 51% of workers say generative AI lacks the information needed to be useful. Even more concerning is that 75% of AI critics who don't trust the data that trains AI believe that AI lacks the information needed to be useful.
