Projects

  • Channel Name Change in all of the East Division

    We are correcting all the old channel names on all of the DMAs in East Division. I have been project planning this and coming with a procedure on how to do this. Working with Arris on developing a proper plan of attack. This will be a big project because we have to change the name in Skyvision, ACM, and all the splicers. This will have to be done in both Comcast and Affiliate sites. Entire headquarters have to be done in one night.
    We have started the project and things are going great…
