“I had the privilege of working with Ranjita at System Biosciences where she was leading the Viral vector and cell line development, and Production team. During the 3 years that we worked together, Ranjita collaborated with my R&D team on several occasions not only during the pre-launch phase but also in co-development of some high revenue generating virus transduction products. She always demonstrated curiosity and interest in learning beyond the obvious role that she was in. Under Ranjita’s leadership, her team set record performance in custom services as well as the share of portfolio products that they undertook for manufacturing. While being highly goal- oriented, one of the most admirable qualities of Ranjita is that she leads by example.
