Here it is! I was honored to do this Podcast and also had a lot of fun. Hindsight is 20-20 of course as I think there were spots where I could have provided more context or specific detail but overall I hope to capture the important components that make HC Management process and strategy successful from a TA perspective. Bottom line, as TA Leaders we must be involved in HC planning with the business, finance and HR from the very start. Additionally, there a science and an art when it comes to working with business, finance and HR, and insuring we are meeting HC targets. It takes a lot of planning up front and negotiations/adjustments within the year. Please take a listen and happen to hear anyone's thoughts on this topic. What defines a success HC Management strategy and how is TA involved?

I’m headed to Seoul for the AI Safety Summit! I'm honored to represent Salesforce and join global leaders once again pushing forward this vital dialogue beyond Bletchley Park. As Lee Jong-Ho of South Korea's Ministry of Science and Information + Communication Technology said, "AI is advancing at an unprecedented pace...it is crucial to establish global norms and governance." The Bletchley AI Safety Summit was a historic moment as governments, industry, and academia united around confronting AI's risks and unlocking its potential to uplift humanity. The announced partnership between the US and UK Safety Institutes on the science of AI Safety was encouraging in driving interoperable and global cooperative norms, and I'm energized to build on that progress in Seoul, and will have the opportunity to lend my POV on two panels, in addition to bilateral meetings: - Sharing the Benefits of AI and Enhancing the Inclusivity of Governance Framework (22 May, 10:00) - Spreading AI Opportunities and Benefits with the World (22 May, 16:00) While there, I'm looking forward to connecting with AI experts, innovators, and policymakers. Connectivity remains a critical challenge for almost every organization. "Of all the important pieces of self-understanding, understanding how you learn is the easiest to acquire." ~Peter Drucker It took me a long time to understand and that I learn best by talking, writing, and doing, and then put that insight into practice. So, it was a great gift to speak with Rajesh Chandran and talk about the future of the Product Management craft; I learnt a lot about myself, and many insights emerged that I may have felt intuitively and perhaps nebulously, but did not know how to express. I share a lot of myself in this talk. And, once we get warmed up, we start to unpack some deep concepts together. This is the kind of talk that needs to be mulled over a few times; I can see 4-5 blog posts emerging from the conversation.
