The west building consists of lab rooms, chemical storage and processing areas, along with a loading dock.     Design Build project for the county of Los Angeles. Project consisted of pre-construction design coordination, demolition of existing pool, and rebuild of a 10,000 SF Spanish style pool building along with an olympic size pool, lap pool, lounge pool, and splash pool.

The office space for PCL Construction consists of 65 office and cubicles, 3 conference rooms, a large training room, and kitchen. The area of work required demolition prior to the build out.

  • Kaiser Permanente Antelope Valley TI

    This project called for tenant improvements to 10,506 square feet of lease space on the fourth floor of the Antelope Valley Hospital Outpatient Imaging Center. The space includes 15 provider offices, 18 exam rooms, one procedure room, one dedicated ultrasound room, and one phlebotomy station. Interior demolition was required to accommodate the construction of an obstetrics and gynecology outpatient facility.

    The UCLA Holly Ridge and Gardenia Way Residence Hall project consists of two cast-in-place concrete structures, one nine stories and one seven stories. The 207,000-square-foot structures house 803 beds. The exterior finishes are a combination of plaster, fiber cement panels, curtain wall, and punched windows. This project attained LEED Gold certification.

This building is the new home of the Biological Sciences department, divisions of which include Molecular Studies; Cell and Developmental Biology; Physiological Science; and Biology, Ecology, and Evolution. The building is LEED Silver certified.
