Developed a marketing plan for a CPG brand in a simulation exercise by designing pricing models, product mix, distribution strategy and promotion strategy. Some of my tasks involved analyzing economic conditions and deciding on target markets, competitor analysis, determining price elasticity’s, analyzing historic data to choose the right SKU’s, capacity planning, designing positioning, distribution and promotion strategies.
