I am a huge fan of virtual focus groups powered by artificial intelligence. These focus groups allow you to immediately uncover themes from participant comments and pivot the conversation based on their feedback. AI can automatically detect themes as participants add their perspectives. This means you can see critical topics emerging in real-time. Additionally, participants get the satisfaction of knowing their voices are heard. They can see leaders engaging with their comments immediately instead of wondering if their comments are being read. Virtual focus groups create an agile feedback loop between employees and leadership. Everyone walks away feeling heard and that their perspectives directly shaped the dialogue.
