“I consider myself lucky to have worked side by side with a business analyst as intelligent, diligent, and detail oriented as Natasha was and is. Natasha's presence on any engagement can only mean an increased likelihood of getting a deliverable out the door quickly and done correctly the first time. And, her ability to bridge the gap between client stake-holders and developers with patience and professionalism in an often hectic and politically charged environment is admirable and all too rare.”

Site Readiness Services included delivery of eight (8) staff resources allocated into 4 teams of 2 persons to provide Site Preparation and Coordination. Site Preparation and Coordination tasks included completion of site preparation meetings in each of the fifteen (15) department-defined Districts and coordination of FSFN Release 1 Implementation readiness checklists, site-specific implementation issues, and site specific communications with each of the department’s and stakeholder’s implementation coordinators for the forty-one (41) FSFN implementation sites. The onsite Support services entailed deployment and management of thirty-four (34) staff resources allocated into 4 teams to provide onsite implementation support to the department’s identified implementation sites. The Help Desk Support services provided Tier 3 Help Desk Support, augmenting existing Department of Children & Families FSFN Tier 1 and Tier 2 Help Desk resources. At go-live in August 2007 Mr. Coldwell took responsibilities as the FSFN Production Maintenance Manager during the Release 1 Maintenance and Operations Support period as wells as with two successive deployments. Mr. Coldwell attended the daily production operations meetings with Florida DCF IT support staff and the weekly Change Control meetings for staging updates to FSFN production environments for the FSFN Application, Reports, Data corrections, Batch Jobs, and batch cycles. Mr. Coldwell also continued to manage the CGI FSFN Help Desk staff that provided augmentation services to the DCF IT Help Desk.
