“Dedicated, self motivated and reliable are the phrases that come to mind when I think about Natalya. I am fortunate to know Natalya both personally and professionally. We met in college competing on the Cornell Track & Field team where she was a fierce competitor while maintaining high academic standards. Professionally, Natalya has assisted me with contract negotiations throughout my veterinary career. During a particular stressful contract negotiation, I had total faith in Natalya to review my contract with my best interests in mind and to advise me wisely. She did this promptly and with confidence - I am continuously impressed with her expertise, thoroughness and dedication.”

"While each affinity bar association has a unique mission statement, many are united by a similar objective: to promote the needs, interests, and goals of their members and to increase the visibility of traditionally marginalized groups in the practice of law. In an increasingly diverse society, affinity bar associations play a crucial role in lobbying for the needs of attorneys across the demographic spectrum, particularly in light of a legal profession that continues to make efforts toward reflecting
and representing the makeup of the nation as a whole."

The awards recognize the nation's top 40 lawyers under the age 40 who exemplify a broad range of high achievement in the legal field, including in advocacy, innovation, vision, leadership and overall legal and community involvement.
"These awards specifically seek out the leading lights of the legal industry, looking for those under 40 whose creativity, commitment, experience and strong leadership has helped them achieve success in an increasingly challenging legal climate" said President Drayton. "The awards are given solely on merit and are awarded to commend those most deserving for their legal acumen, ingenuity, hard work, and community service, distinguishing them from their counterparts and proving them worthy of this special peer recognition. We look forward to this group continuing to exemplify that same level of leadership, activism and professional growth," he said. -
