How can you demonstrate leadership and teamwork in the workplace?
As the leader/manager of an organization's safety program, one simple thing helps. Being Present. Just be present. Walk around. Talk to everyone. Listen to their stories. Know who they are. You will find more people will be more willing to adapt and employ safety practices when they know why through a conversation and not through a "Volun-told" safety class.

How can you demonstrate leadership and teamwork in the workplace?
Being clear and respectful when you share your thoughts, and really listening to what others have to say, makes a big difference. It helps build trust and makes everyone feel understood. Plus, it stops a lot of problems before they start, like mix-ups or arguments that can mess up our work and how people see us.

Enlisted Soldiers: Aviation Enlisted soldiers serve in a wide variety of positions, with differing titles and occasionally a non-standard grade structure. The key criteria are distinguished service and what was accomplished to advance/improve Army Aviation during that period of service. The intent is that the nominee will have achieved branch certification and have successfully served in a Platoon Sergeant (or equivalent) level or above position, while leading Aviation soldiers.
DA Civilian or Industry: The nominee must have made significant contribution(s) to the Army Aviation community or mission.
