Card portfolio managers struggle with optimizing their portfolios as they're limited to internal channels and legacy methods to engage cardholders. Current tactics include spray-and-pray advertising and incentives distributed via newsletter, paper mail, and text message which are: (i) far from purchase intent, (ii) not personalized, and (iii) cumbersome to redeem.
