Practice a healthy balance of humility and curiosity as you both understand opportunities that could have accelerated or changed an outcome of a project and learn what worked to make it a success. Be curious about the why behind the what and show humility because after all leaders may connect dots, but they are constantly aware of the fact that they don’t know nearly enough and thus learning actively.
