    Mark volunteered on a weekly basis each summer as an in-cabin counselor for kids who visited the camp for one week summer sessions. In partnership with full time staff, volunteers would stay with their group of kids day and night for the full week of their visit. The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp is Paul Newman's camp for kids with life threatening illnesses.

    I facilitate organization-wide panel discussions around what I frame as the Man Box Culture Choice Point. These are organization-wide panel discussions around what I frame as the Man Box Culture Choice Point. The process begins with a series of pre-interview with leaders selected internally to appear on the panel.

    For the day of the panel, I open with background and history on Man Box culture in the workplace. I share data on how it shows up to harm corporate cultures and organizational productivity.

    I follow this intro with a facilitated discussion which highlights male, female and non-binary leaders whose leadership style is heart-led and relationally intelligent. We explore how such leaders resist generations-old retrogressive masculine business cultures to create dramatically higher levels of innovation, belonging, retention, collaboration and productivity with their teams.

    These panels are permission granting, inviting others (especially male leaders) to take up these practices, by exploring powerful personal stories of the benefits they create. Additional services include follow up leadership coaching as well as in depth Man Box Choice Point workshops. Recent clients include Sephora, Bank of America, and General Mills.
