Morgan Draughon serves as the Executive Director of Setser Group Community, a nonprofit organization committed to the holistic well-being and advancement of individuals and communities through learning experiences that help all people thrive. Morgan has been with Setser Group since it was founded in 2020 and previously served as Chief of Staff for Setser Group working to ensure that the organization operates effectively, efficiently, and in collaboration with partners, clients, and the team.

Morgan is an experienced instructional, product, and graphic designer who is passionate about creating engaging and effective learning experiences through technology.

In previous roles, Morgan has served as an e-learning developer for a large financial institution and a curriculum designer. In her role as Curriculum and Knowledge Management Specialist, Morgan earned the Impact award for her work on a complete redesign of client-facing course materials. Morgan also volunteers with several organizations.
