The building in my Profile, The BOW, in 2012 was one of the largest construction Projects in the Western US and Canada. This Project was 55 Floors, over 1 Million sq. ft., and was a $14.5M AV Project for EnCana Energy and Cenovus. My Team and I won this Project through diligence, honesty, creativity, and building strong relationships, as at the time AVI-SPL did not have a presence in Canada. This took significant Business Development strategies, proposal development, contract negotiations…
The building in my Profile, The BOW, in 2012 was one of the largest construction Projects in the Western US and Canada. This Project was 55 Floors, over 1 Million sq. ft., and was a $14.5M AV Project for EnCana Energy and Cenovus. My Team and I won this Project through diligence, honesty, creativity, and building strong relationships, as at the time AVI-SPL did not have a presence in Canada. This took significant Business Development strategies, proposal development, contract negotiations, pricing strategies, creative logistics, and selling this massive Project internally, as this would eventually open the doors to AVI-SPL Canada. A great case of never saying "can't", teamwork, and strategy.
