My initial meeting was easy to schedule and conveniently located at Career Group's Midtown office. I met with Molly, who was very thorough and asked several pertinent questions in regard to my experience, skills, specifics on what I'm looking for, including type of industry, size of company, number of people I am comfortable supporting and my salary requirements. She thought I was a great fit for the position I had applied for, which was with a top global consulting firm. Throughout the interview process with Career Group's client company, Molly was extremely efficient and thorough. She always made sure I was prepped for my interviews and was quick to respond whenever I had questions. Unfortunately, I was not chosen for the role, but I was very impressed when Molly reached out to me months later with another great opportunity! Oftentimes with recruitment firms, the recruiters make it painfully obvious that they are working for the client and not for the candidate. I never felt that way with Molly; she was very supportive and I always felt like she was on my side. I highly recommend Molly and the Career Group to anyone who is serious about looking for a new opportunity or a well respected company looking to fill a position.”
