    I am an active member of the local Kansas City Toastmasters club, Early Bird Toastmasters. I previously served as VP of Membership where I reach out to new guests as well as retained existing members. Early Bird Toastmasters has been a great way to help improve/start my public speaking in all that I do. If you've ever considered joining, but haven't taken that first step, contact me.     I joined ASHRAE in 2013. Initially only going to the Kansas City chapter. As my career developed at Midwest Machinery, I got involved at the Ozark chapter (Springfield, MO). After my first year of joining I wanted to get involved. I started as the Secretary in 2014, and have now worked my way to Treasure this year. I will be stepping up as President in 2016. ASHRAE is a great organization to learn about the latest and greatest technologies in the HVAC world, as well as network with fellow…
