    Global Connections for Women is one of the leading international non-profit organizations focused on gender equality, women empowerment, and youth empowerment. The foundation reaches more than 3.5 million people worldwide, creating curated programs and events to support female entrepreneurs and advance women in the workplace.

    In my role as Vice-Chair, I partner with the organization’s leadership, including GC4W Founder & CEO Dr. Lillian Ajayi-Ore, to lead the development of projects and initiatives dedicated to ending the persistent inequities that still exist for women in the workplace. Ackas, Ajayi-Ore, and the GC4W advisory board will seek to drive necessary dialogue, create opportunities, and effect substantive change in the gender gap across business.
