Everyone should read the book Quiet by Susan Cain. Not only does this help introverts better understand their strengths and weaknesses; it’s also incredibly eye opening for extroverts to better understand how to work well with people who are more on the quiet side. Quiet does not equal shy. Quiet does not mean you have nothing to say. Quiet does not mean you are less than your loud counterparts.
