    Human Resources Team Lead as part of a cross functional team to review and redesign work flow process around employee personnel actions. This project consisted of replacing a paper process with a web based electronic process, including employee requisitions for new hires, transfers, promotions, assignment extensions/terminations, funding allocation, and grant management activities.

  • Selection and Implementation of SAAS Applicant Tracking Systems - SilkRoad

    Project Lead for vetting, selection, and implementation of a new SAAS based ATS (SilkRoad). This project included creating and presenting the business case to Executive team, vetting and interviewing vendors, negotiating vendor contracts, decomissioning of legacy Taleo ATS, working with new SilkRoad vendor on implementation, redesign of business process and workflows related to Talent Acquisition through Hire, and creation of new VAI/SilkRoad Career's Portal.
