    A few of our International Markets have been using their own inventory management system. Our visibility in their inventory levels was restricted and we relied on weekly communication to ensure proper inventory levels for those markets. In July 2013 we switched them over to JD Edwards. This required a lot of work from our team. Mike Griffin and I had to:
    -set up and test over 400 Sales SKUs
    -set up over 300 Child SKUs
    -perform biweekly trainings on conference calls

    Finally, I traveled to Hong Kong in July 2013 to further train our in-country team and ensure launch of the new system went smoothly, minimizing the effect on customers.
