“I've worked as Stoneside's sales coach, director of national sales and now, Chief Sales Officer, for almost seven years, reporting directly to Mickey. Mickey, himself an amazing leader and mentor, pushed me to be a stronger leader for the sales team through his continuous guidance and support. I have developed in so many ways as a professional working at Stoneside. I've been exposed to every aspect of business. I've been given the space to flourish and sometimes fail, which can be where the best lessons are learned. Outside of personal growth, and perhaps even more importantly, the values at Stoneside align 100% with my own. They are also truly enacted every day, across the company.
