“I started off working with Michelle at Spencer Gifts in Riverside California. I was her Assistant Manager and then entered into the Manager in Training program. Michele was my mentor and training manager until I completed the program and received my own store. She allowed me to learn from my mistake and steered me in the right direction, but she let me learn. I have become the recruiter I am today because of the skills that Michelle taught me in my early years of retail. Michele showed me how to be very detailed and accurate but most important she taught me how to be open and transparent with the staff, company and customers. She Showed me that accurate communication is one of the keys to success and from working with Michelle has made me a more positive and strong leader. I learned to love my job because of what I learned from Michelle. It is not up to me to recommend Michele because she was my superior but if given the opportunity I would enjoy working with Michelle again.”
