Project Manager overseeing subconsultant Construction Inspection services for a $48 million storm and sanitary sewer installation project. The project includes 14,000 feet of storm sewer, 8,000 feet of sanitary sewer, and 16,000 feet of water main in the neighborhood of Eltingville, Staten Island, NY. Work includes installation of 800 continuous flight auger piles as sewer supports.

Construction Manager for this $27 million streetscape project. The project includes improvements along Hudson Street corridor in Lower Manhattan, NY. The "first of its kind" Design-Build delivery method for NYC also involves joint bid for major utility installation, including ConEd.

Project Manager overseeing subconsultant Construction Inspection services for a $22 million combined sewer and water main replacement project. The project includes 6,000 feet of combined sewer and 4,000 feet of water main in the neighborhood of Middle Village, Queens, NY. Work includes installation of helix piles as sewer supports.

Resident Engineer for a $30 million Job Order Contract project with the Bureau of Engineering Design and Construction (BEDC). The project includes plumbing work to install 600 water meters and backflow preventers. Work is located at NYCHA housing facilities throughout Brooklyn, Queens and Bronx.

Project Manager overseeing subconsultant Construction Inspection and Construction Community Liaison services for a $10 million sewer installation project. The project will improve the functionality of DEP's sewer service along Beach 21st Street between New Haven Avenue and Elk Court in Far Rockaway, Queens.

Project Manager overseeing subconsultant Construction Community Liaison services for a $46 million trunk water main replacement project. The project includes installation of distribution water main and rehabilitation and replacement of sewers within the project limits in Bronx. Work is located in close proximity to NYC Transit right-of-ways.

Resident Engineer on a $100 million advanced wastewater treatment project in Queens and Brooklyn. The project includes mechanical, electrical & structural upgrades of existing facilities to install storage tanks, pumps, piping and valves to improve the BNR process using a glycerol-based product. The project is part of the DEP’s pilot program for their new system-wide CMIS using cloud-based technology.

Resident Engineer for a $10 million dredging project on a tributary of Jamaica Bay in Brooklyn. Work includes dredging 20,000 CY of sediment associated with combined sewer overflows that contribute to odors & dissolved oxygen deficits within the water body.

Asst. Resident Engineer for a $300 million Wick's Law project with multiple prime contractors on an existing 80 MGD secondary wastewater treatment plant in Queens. Upgrades include the replacement of process mechanical equipment as well as the installation of electrical distribution and HVAC and plumbing systems throughout the Plant.

Resident Engineer for a $420 million trunk water main replacement project. The project involves installing trunk water mains connecting four different shafts of the City’s newly activated Tunnel No. 3 to the City’s water distribution network.

Asst. RE / Cost Engineer / Construction Inspector for a $300 million Wick’s Law project with multiple prime contractors on an existing 150 MGD secondary wastewater treatment plant in Queens. Upgrades include the replacement of process mechanical equipment as well as the installation of electrical distribution and HVAC systems throughout the Plant.

RE / CM / Construction Administrator / Construction Inspector for a $4 million improvement project on an existing 300 MGD secondary wastewater treatment plant in Newark, NJ. Upgrades include HVAC and electrical improvements at the Filter Press Building and maintenance improvements at the adjacent Cake Storage Facility.

Geotechnical Investigator / Design Engineer / RE / CM / Construction Administrator / Construction Inspector for a $10 million project with multiple contractors on a new clean water pump station and pipeline project in Burlingame, CA. The project included an emergency generator and load bank for the new Trousdale Pump Station and electrical upgrades at an existing nearby pump station.

Utilities Engineer / Construction Administrator on a preservation project in the San Francisco Bay Area. Work included renovating a historic part of the island known as the “Ellis Island of the West,” which processed Asian Immigrants in the early 20th Century.
