Involve chapter members in the enjoyment of riding Harley Davidsons - promote activities to encourage participation. In the years of involvement held most posts - worked as a dealer rep at national events- had a great sponsor that encouraged chapter growth and engagement - sat on the Board of Directors for 12 years until we moved. I held various positions from Director - Assistant Director - Merchandising - Road Caption - Head Road Caption - We had a great group of people and a Sponsor Dealer… Show more

For 3 years sat on the Advertising Board for aftersales - developing advertising schemes to promote growth in the business climate in our region - worked with the manufacturer to promote the brand

Acted as a dealer representative working with the manufacturer to improve Dealer Company relations - develop workable solutions to the complex dealer customer process to increase functionality and enhance customer relations and CSI- review and suggest solutions to vehicle repairs and vehicle quality

A very rewarding opportunity

For a period of over 10 years I sat on the State Apprentice Board for various locals and Unions.

We worked with the state to develop training and recruitment to the industry -

Held the position of President for the San Francisco Region 72 for over 7 years stepping down at my request. Pulled together my peers to develop processes and align ourselves to improve and grow the business . Acted as go between with the Dealers and Factory - Educated and learned to improve our business through collaboration with others

From 1985 - 2011 I held various positions within the Club from board member to that of President which I held for multiple years - MC ed all car events - provided all music - DJ’d the events - Acted as Historian for years - Recorded data about the club and the evolution of the Mustang - promoted the hobby and people we encountered.
