“I worked with Michael Altiner for a number of years as a major supplier to his firm. Throughout our working relationship I found Michael as honest, hardworking, and focused on the needs of his employer. As a major supplier, my company works hard to satisfy and ensure consistent supply of product. When problems occurred, which unfortunately they sometimes do, I was able to work with Michael in a productive and cooperative fashion to resolve the problem and achieve the best result. There was no "banging on the table" but there were clear expectations given to what was needed to satisfy the company's needs. With those expectations we were able to develop the best plans and alternatives. He routinely made the needs clear and concise, and conducted all negotiations in good faith. He was very knowledgeable of the process and needs of his manufacturing unit and worked to ensure that those needs were met at the highest possible level. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Michael again, or to hire him myself if I were in a position to do so. ”

The project began in 2011 and was completed in 2014 when it became fully operational. I managed the initiative from the first stage and completed over thirty contracts with the suppliers, including equipment purchases and minor service contracts.
Major seven Process equipment was sourced from several different countries, China, Germany, Spain.

Won second place and received price money toward the tuition.
