Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta President Raphael Bostic is optimistic that inflation will normalize in the next year, aiming to reduce significant price growth. He mentioned a potential interest rate cut by the end of the year if inflation and labor market conditions align with expectations. Bostic noted that many inflation measures are moving back into the target range. The US economy showed slight or modest growth, with consumers resisting higher prices since April. Another merger of banks of larger size. The acquiring banks are definetely getting larger as are the acquired banks. What does this mean to you, your job, your career, your company?
