“Meha is wise beyond her engineering years. She performed marvelously as an upcoming junior working as a process engineering intern at ExxonMobil Development Company. Her internship would be described by management at ExxonMobil as not recommended to, exceptionally difficult for, and beyond the grasp of an intern. However, that did not slow her down one bit. She gained a deep working knowledge of API-14C and used that expertise to update all project P&IDs and PFDs after major changes. Keep in mind that this was a multibillion dollar project. Her work ensured that designs met safety device requirements and she gained valuable experience by contributing in a Cold Eyes Review of API-14C. Meha is a self-starter and does not wait for all of the details to get to work. When information is lacking, shoe goes to find out. She effectively used other project team members, operations experts, and functional resources (process safety engineers and subject matter experts) to tackle her project and produce the necessary deliverables. Meha has excellent communication skills, presentation skills, is able to form her own networks, and has a sunny disposition. I would highly recommend her to any chemical or oil & gas project team.”
