Let's set the record straight: Our commitment to excellence means we pour our heart and soul into every project, but this can only begin with a formal agreement. We love bringing big visions to life, but not at the cost of our business integrity. So, if you're looking for someone to plan your entire event and introduce you to top-tier vendors without commitment, we aren't the right fit. We're in the business of making magic happen, but even magic has its rules. And also...pay Black women. 😊

Happy Tuesday! As promised, back with more insights from our recent report: Most-Attended Virtual Events. Best Day of the Week to Host a Virtual? Contrary to popular belief, the best day of the week to host a virtual event isn't confined to mid-week sweet spots. Our data reveals that any day during the week can draw impressive 70%+ attendance, debunking the myth that Mondays and Fridays are less desirable. Our events have shown consistently high engagement across all weekdays. Magnum Monday or French Friday?? 🍷

Having a Zoom Experience center is amazing. Beside their status quo - does Zoom have the technical and financial possibilities to be a (or THE) major player in the virtual and hybrid event market in the future. Yes, for sure. Are they there yet? No. Zoom Events is a super promising product with amazing capabilities, but it is still work in progress. Stating that they are the only company who can make hybrid events happen seems a bit of an exaggeration. Even once Zoom Events (and associated products and services) is built up fully and keeps on developing, there are formats and objectives which we as event professionals will not be able to solve with a one stop shopping approach. We can dream about it as much as we want, it is not going to happen! Does it make sense for Zoom to move from being a virtual meeting company to becoming an "event supplier"? The future will show. Others failed trying the same thing. Does it make sense to have an experience center to showcase their capabilities. Yes.
