What are the best ways to identify gaps in your digital content?
I believe in the intent based 'See, Think, Do, Care' framework for content marketing created by Avinash Kaushik of Google. He dismissed the age-old AIDA (Attention-Interest-Desire-Action) model, as well as the conventional consumer buying cycle of awareness, consideration, purchase, and loyalty. When you develop content around intent and think in a more focused way about the ‘required experience’ on the customer journey, and what content is needed, you begin to change the voice and the way you communicate, too. This framework is focused on what the audience is trying to accomplish, and help me stitch together all the content across all the platforms, to help audiences reach their goal.

What are the best ways to identify gaps in your digital content?
These are some insights that I've gained over the past ten years working in the publishing industry, spanning multiple countries. What constitutes a successful content strategy? A successful content strategy drives organic traffic and generates above benchmark conversion rates with the least amount of friction. How can one increase organic (web) traffic? Google search generates 70% to 90% of the organic traffic for publishers. Follow EEAT guidelines and establish domain authority for success. How can you increase conversions? Customer's intent is important. 10K visits with high intent are better than 100K visits with low intent. How can friction be reduced? Continuous A/B testing. Netflix has been doing it for over a decade.

Pricing Strategy to Improve Retention & ARPU

Challenge - The company wanted to boost ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) without increasing marketing budget.
Proposed Solution - I proposed a new pricing strategy aimed at increasing ARPU and improving retention to boost ARR without any marketing spend.
Result - I created a data driven value based pricing strategy and launched new plans that not only improved retention by 10% but also increased ARPU by 15%. -

Solution Proposed: I proposed podcast advertising as a growth channel for acquiring customers in the US and Australian markets.

Insight: According to my research, podcast advertising has the highest ROI when compared to TV, radio, print, or digital advertising. Podcast hosts use their strong trusted relationship with their highly engaged audiences to endorse brands resulting in significant lift in purchase intent.
Result: Top-performing campaigns delivered 5.5x ROI, the highest ROI achieved by inkl since its inception.
