Average VMS NPS Score: -43% Average MSP NPS Score: -29% Average Staffing Firm NPS Score: -2% Is there any other industry whose go-to playbook is considered universally unsatisfactory? Think about those numbers for a minute: they mean that the standard contingent workforce program is designed to have managers use software people seem to hate and run everything through an MSP they’re unsatisfied with in order to keep them from staffing vendors, who are the most popular part of the program. In speaking with a lot of staffing companies in both North America and Europe, many are telling me they are being asked the same questions by customers. They tell me customers are thrilled with the staffing services they are getting, but are looking for more value from their top suppliers. These are the two questions that keep coming up: 1) Can you become either the Master Vendor or MSP or; 2) Can you provide a VMS technology solution to assist their customers in managing other staffing vendors (setting them up to become the Master Vendor or offer MSP services) Obviously, that's a great conversation to have with a customer. They are happy with what you are doing, but what more can you do? For current Master Vendors and MSPs, what are you doing to add value? Our customers are looking for a flexible, scalable, VMS solution they are able to white-label to address these questions. Offering a VMS as part of a staffing solution can be a great way to: Add value to an existing customer relationship Protect a customer relationship by becoming the Master Vendor or; Offer a MSP service that is enabled with a VMS This where we are seeing a lot of value being created within the staffing landscape and presents a real opportunity for those looking to do more than just be staffing suppliers. Be honest with why you need experience for your SDR/BDR role? You could be saving yourself huge amounts of money for the same results by going with an entry level hire. Legit reasons for needing experience - Complex sell with a tough buyer profile (CISO, CTO, CRO etc) - You don't have an outbound process or manager who can train. Non legit reasons - You're too lazy to train - You think hiring with experience improves your retention (it's the opposite) Analyse your SDR culture, could you be going with no experience?? #sdrjobs #sdrteam #salesjobs
