    In charge of assisting new hires in giving them a job preview by assigning them to a tenured recruiter. The new hire will observe actual recruiting activities and will have a deeper understanding of what the job entails. This crucial stage will serve as an on-floor orientation followed by a debrief, wherein the new hires can ask additional questions about the job.
