This toolbox of technology is expected to grow over time and the ability to upgrade or swap out new technology is enabled with the extensive and extensible signaling in the Preamble. Broadcasters will have the ability to try new technologies out without breaking an existing service. The bootstrap, as described in A/321, allows emitted Frames to be different, including non-ATSC related signals. The time of the next similar frame is signaled so that the existing service can continue.” The D2X physical layer protocol shown below is intended for battery powered receivers (UE) including reduced capability IoT and wearables. D2X is harmonized for future interworking 5G NR (MBS) RAN layer 2 Cloud (datacenter) with 5G PDCP (Packet Data Convergence Protocol). D2X is built on foundation of OFDMA with (24) sub-carriers defined as (1) physical resource block (PRB) in frequency and (N) PRB determines bandwidth of physical layer resources. The use LDPC with Non-uniform constellations with LDPC FEC frame length 16200 bits and 12 code rates. D2X supports SFN topologies with (5, 10, 15, 20, 25) km Inter-Site Distance (ISD). Channel estimation using 10 scattered pilot patterns along with continual pilot patterns. Three IFFT sizes (2K, 4K and 8K) supports various bandwidths (5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18, 20, 21, 24) MHz RF carriers. The D2X receivers (UE) adapt and use (512, 1024, 2K, 4K, 8K) FFT depending on bandwidth (number of PRB) and for battery savings. Upgrading from a cheaper Optoma projector, this reviewer is blown away by the Sony's picture quality. They compare the difference to stepping up from an LED TV to an OLED – a significant leap in terms of realism. Sony's technology delivers true blacks, unlike the Optoma's washed-out dark tones, and the HDR (High Dynamic Range) makes colors pop with stunning vibrancy. Beyond the core picture quality, the Sony projector boasts several user-friendly features. The remote control allows for electronic adjustments to focus, zoom, and horizontal/vertical alignment – a huge plus compared to the hassle of manual adjustments, especially for ceiling-mounted projectors. You can even zoom in on widescreen movies to fill your entire screen with the remote, and the picture controls are intuitive and easy to use. The icing on the cake? This projector runs incredibly quiet, even when powering down. However, there's one caveat for 3D movie fans. Unlike most projectors that use DLP glasses, this Sony requires Bluetooth 3D glasses. I created this Spice Script of the 6N16B Tube to show that the Tube Specification Guidebook still has some use and to help design an amplifier using this tube. I had difficulty finding 6N16B specifications that were not in Russian. The tube works great, even though I get a log() warning, and my gain is off by 5; I have not used spice in a long time. 😎 😂 You may have noticed that I designed my 6N16B as a single tube instead of a dual tube. It was easier for me to do the math that way (OK, I am no math expert, but I get by with a bit of help from my friends); the separation of the sections might explain the gain being off by 5 since the lack of interactive characteristics might explain the decrease in gain. Anywho, it works! Intellectual Exercises are essential for resetting the mind; I am just rediscovering that fact. In my original script I used LOG() but in this script I replaced LOG() with LN() to clear up the E1 Warnings. It worked on Multisim 14.3, but not on Multisim 12.3, go figure.

First VFS Bootstrap + L1 Signaling (1 + 2) time domain I/Q is sent to I/Q DAC, upconverted RF, PA. Then emitted antenna air interface aligned GPS 1PPS to begin D2X virtual frame. The D2X virtual frame (1000ms) shows highlighted (red) the virtual sub-frames with a mixture of D2X services for SFN underlay and the SFN wide area topologies. The remaining virtual sub-frames have only SFN wide area D2X services. The D2X scheduler eCPRI protocol messages for RU Type (A) sub-frames. The virtual sub-frame SS (3 + 4) is sent from cloud to RU D2X sites (1, 2, 3). Then all PRB for a symbol with D2X services (5) for wide area SFN are sent. Then RU generates three duplicate symbols for each sector (A, B, C) of SFN. Then for all VBP the PRB for D2X services (5) geo-targeted for SFN underlay is sent with eCPRI signaling to direct to a specific Site RU and sector. These are inserted by RU shown in the correct sector as signaled to complete a symbol. This process repeats for each symbol of a virtual frame with SFN underlay D2X services. If virtual sub-frame has only SFN wide area D2X services, then the SFN sectors are generated and the next step for insertion SFN underlay is skipped by D2X scheduler for each symbol of the virtual sub-frame. This is only an example the D2X scheduler, and algorithms are not specified in D2X standard. Only L1 signaling syntax and semantics for receivers (UE) and eCPRI messages to enable innovation using D2X harmonized 5G NR and aligned using O-RAN principles. #D2X #ORAN
