Clairty PPM implementation for Cisco Engineering

Replaced Legacy Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution with Clarity PPM that was configured for Cisco Engineering business practices. Clarity was developed for use by Cisco internally by Cisco Engineering IT organization utilizing the Agile Development Methodology of which I was a member of acting as the Business Analyst, Product Manager, and Certified Agile Product Owner. This effort included business process definition, change management, governance, and stakeholder management.
