The challenges faced in the field of architecture are undeniable. The pressure from competition, clients, economic setbacks, workplace culture, negativity, toxicity, and political situations worldwide can make the profession incredibly demanding. Architectural lighting is not just about what you illuminate, it's also about what you obscure. Drawing focus using lighting is an old trick in theatre and is a lesson that can be applied to architectural lighting as well.
